Janet Lee (Cotter) Osborne-Foels, 84 of Perrysburg, OH, passed away on August 18, 2026 at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital. Born June 25, 1942 to wonderful parents, Harland J. and Mildred A. (Connin) Cotter in Bryan, Ohio.

Janet graduated from Hilltop High School in West Unity in 1960 and later that same year entered nursing training at Riverside Hospital School of Nursing in Toledo. She graduated in 1963 and had an incredible career in nursing serving the Northwest Ohio region.

While employed with MCO she met and married James R. Osbourne. They enjoyed traveling and their lives together until his death in 2012. She later married Tom Foels in 2014.

Her life has been fulfilled with her Lord, Jesus Christ. She witnessed many of God's Miracles during her nursing career. She belonged to Gideon International and Perrysburg Alliance Church.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Foels; stepchildren, Paul (Kristen) Foels and Brenda (Trevor) Behan; step grandchildren, Dakota, Gretchen, Caleb, Kennedy, Ida, Xavier, Olivia, Alexander, Audrey, Brendan and Amelia.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026 from 10:30 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 in Perrysburg Alliance Church, 10401 Avenue Rd, Perrysburg, OH.
