Obituaries

Timothy David Stewart, 66, of Columbus, Ohio and formerly of Walbridge, Ohio passed away November 1, 2023 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was born in Toledo on August 18, 1957 to John and Helen (Scaroleta) Stewart. Tim honorably served in the United States Army. He was retired and prior to retirement he worked various jobs around the Toledo area.

Tim was an avid OSU fan always cheering on the team and keeping the faith. He enjoyed model trains. Tim was very handy, he was always remodeling and helping others. He was a faithful member of Lutheran Church of the Master, where he created slides for worship. He was a loving husband, father, pappy, and brother.

Tim is survived by his wife, Karen Stewart; son, Matthew (Michelle) Stewart; daughter, Danielle (Dustin) Flint; grandchildren, Levi, Makiya, and Ezekiel Stewart, Phoenix and Xavier Flint; brothers, Michael Stewart, and Tony (Joanne) Stewart. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Joe Stewart.

Friends will be received at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Walbridge, Ohio on Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 9:00 am-10:00 am at Lutheran Church of the Master, 28744 Simmons Rd, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 with a funeral service beginning at 10:00 am.
