Steven “Scott” Honsberger, 54, of Perrysburg, passed away suddenly Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Scott was born July 26, 1969 in Toledo, Ohio to Steven and Colleen (Sullivan) Honsberger. He proudly served our country in the United States Army as an MP. Scott married Shannan Waller on June 30, 1992 and they shared 31 years together.

Scott worked as a paramedic for NW190 in Grand Rapids, OH. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and a self-proclaimed handyman that would try and fix just about anything. He loved spending time with his three children and would do anything in the world for them. He was also anxiously awaiting the birth of his first grandchild in December, little baby Brynn. Scott will be remembered for his funny and sarcastic personality and his giving and caring nature.

He is survived by his wife, Shannan; children, Steven Scott Honsberger, II; Kelsey (Tyler) Czmer and Zachary Honsberger; his father, Steven and his stepmother, Dottie; sisters, Shelly Honsberger and Stacey Honsberger; his father and mother-in-law, Richard (Diana) Waller and brother-in-laws, Craig (Teri) Waller, Matt Waller and Chad Waller. He was preceded in death by his mother, Colleen and sister, Sheryl Todd.

Friends will be received Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 1-4 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133).
