Sherry A. Cormany, 78, of Perrysburg, formerly of Walbridge, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Perrysburg. She was born December 31, 1945 in Toledo, Ohio to Francis and Gladys (Clark) Sommers. She married Richard Cormany on May 27, 1984 in Toledo and he preceded her in death on November 25, 2017.

Sherry worked as a travel agent for Owen Illinois for many years. She never met a stranger and will be missed for her outgoing, kind and giving personality.

She is survived by her brother, Jim Sommers; step-children, Terri Mahl, Richard (Melissa) Cormany and Kenneth (Jackie) Cormany. Along with her husband, Richard, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family will be received Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 4-6 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Walbridge Chapel, 701 N. Main Street, Walbridge, Ohio (419-666-3121).
