Richard Arthur Rubley, age 80, of Perrysburg, OH, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends. He was born February 10, 1944 in Toledo, OH. The son of Robert Rubley Sr. and Ellen J. Armstrong and he lived in Luckey, OH most of his life.

Richard retired from Ohio Bell Telephone. Richard enjoyed spending time at the quarry and being a part of the Shelby Mustang Club. He admired everything from lawnmowers to fast motorcycles.

Richard is survived by his siblings, Robert T. Rubley Jr. of Lansing, MI; Bridgette Howard of Florida; Bruce Rubley, and Thomas (Laura) Rubley of St. Johns, MI; and one niece Shawn (Brian) Shaw. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services for Richard will be private. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133).
