Obituary For Patricia A. Jett

Patricia A. Jett, 88, of Moline, Ohio, passed away, Friday morning, September 27, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, Ohio. She was born in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of William and Virginia (Eisinger) Kelly, Sr. She married the love of her life, John W. Jett, Jr. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Toledo on May 7, 1966. He preceded her in death March 24, 2015.

Pat had worked for the former Toledo Trust Bank, in Toledo for 13 years and later for the Genoa Area Local Schools as a cook. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved taking care of everyone. She attended every activity of her grandchildren that she could, always their biggest supporter! When they came to visit, they looked forward to her famous hamburgers, grilled cheese and banana smoothie, no one could make them like grammy! Pat played Scrabble with the family and always seemed to pull out the win just in the nick of time. Taking an occasional trip to the casino was also a treat Pat enjoyed.

Survivors include her children, Daniel (Marlene) Jett, Jennifer (Jerry) Salyers, stepdaughter, Tamara Jett, her grandchildren, the loves of her life, Samantha and Dakota Jett, step grandchildren, Allison Russell, Harley and Hunter Jett, step great grandson, Jayce Albert, brother, Michael (Barbara) Kelly, Daniel (Al) Kelly, along with a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson, Trevor, brothers, Louis and William Kelly, sisters, Sandy Minarik and Kitty Callahan, and step son, John Jett III.

A Celebration of Life gathering, with lunch, will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 11:00 – 3:00 at the Lake Township Hall, 27975 Cummings Rd. Milliary, OH 43447.
