Frances Anne Marshall, known lovingly as "Frani" or "Fran," passed away on August 18, 2024, at Advanced Specialty Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on January 10, 1947, in Toledo, Ohio, to Frank and Jeanne (Cousino) Rimer.

Frani married her cherished husband, Terrence E. Marshall, on December 19, 1974. Frani worked for over 30 years as a claims analyst for the Social Security Administration, where she was valued by her clients and colleagues for her kind heart and tireless dedication.

She expressed her creative spirit through knitting, sewing, and other crafting. She was an equally avid reader who could devour two or three murder-mysteries in a week. She lived the values of her religious faith through volunteer work throughout her life, and through her involvement at All Saints Catholic Church, where she led a knitting group and enthusiastically worked the rummage sales.

Frani is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Terrence, and their daughter, Chantelle Marshall (Jeff Kauppi). She also leaves behind her brother, Rick (Julie) Rimer, and her sisters-in-law Patricia Graff, Sandra (Richard) Bish, and Cate Marshall. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Jean Rimer, as well as her sister, Connie (Bill) Sutton, brother, Steve Rimer and brother-in-law, Walter Graff.

Friends will be received on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM at Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd, Rossford, Ohio. Visitation will continue at All Saints Catholic Church, 628 Lime City Rd, Rossford, Ohio on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, with a funeral mass at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Erie, MI. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Frani's honor.
