David (Dave) William Roman, 69, of Rossford/Defiance, passed away on April 12, 2023, in Toledo, OH.

Dave was born in Toledo, Ohio, to Joseph Roman, Jr. and Mary Roman (Lunardi) on August 21, 1953. He graduated from Rossford High School in 1971 and worked many different jobs over the years, including a production position at LOF. He enjoyed sports, especially basketball which he played for many years. He also loved riding his ‘74 Harley Super glide and working on cars, and he had hopes of restoring his ‘64 Stingray. He never met a stranger and was always the life of the party. He could always be identified by his long white curly hair. He will be remembered by many for his great sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to tell amazing stories.

Dave is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Roman; mother, Mary Roman (Lunardi); and brother, Michael Roman. Dave is survived by his daughter, Katy (Alan) Raman; and grandchildren, Kinsley and Alder; and his brother, Richard Roman.

Please join us for a Celebration of Life on June 9th, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., at Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home in Rossford, Ohio. Interment will follow at Fort Meigs Cemetery.
