Carol Sue Tatham, 69, of Rossford, OH passed away Saturday, August 17, 2024 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, OH. She was born on January 21, 1955 in Perrysburg, OH to Earl Ivan and Violet Osa (Wiseman) Smith. On August 30, 1990 she married John Tatham, and he survives.

Carol was affectionately known as “Suzy” to those that knew her well. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, and reading. Suzy was a faithful person, who read from her Bible every day. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her grandkids and her great grandkids brought her joy and held a special place in her heart. Suzy was known to be outspoken, spunky and a real firecracker! Her family is going to miss getting to see her every day, hearing her laugh and getting to gossip with her. She was precious to her family and they will miss her words of affirmation for them.

In addition to her loving husband of over 34 years, John, she is survived by her children, Tanya Smith, Carl Smith, and Megan Tatham, grandchildren, Roni, Arikah, and Josiah, great grandchildren, Joce, Castiel, C.J., Jovonni, and Camora, and siblings, Ivan, Eileen, Lloyd, John, Mike, Ed, Cheryl, and Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Annette, and great granddaughter, Anna.

Visitation for Suzy will be Friday, August, 30, 2024 from 2-5 p.m. at the Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd., Rossford, OH with memorial services to follow at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
